Ahead to the Future! School Readiness Activities
As a part of Stanislaus Reads!, more than 8 school districts, all Head Start programs in our county, and some State Preschool Programs are measuring school readiness using the Kindergarten Student Entrance Profile (KSEP). Our hope is that early care and education programs throughout Stanislaus County join the movement to administer a common kindergarten readiness assessment, and, through that process, programs and schools will support our youngest children to be better prepared not only for school, but for work and life.
