The mission of the Stanislaus Child Development Local Planning Council (SCDLPC) is to provide leadership in supporting the development and availability of quality child care for children in Stanislaus County. The SCDLPC is a neutral body comprised of 5 categories of membership: Child Care Consumers, Child Care Providers, Community Representative, Public Agency Representatives, and Discretionary Members.
