YES (Youth Entertainment Stage) KIDS is seeking students in grades 4 – 8 to be actors, singers, and dancers for Disney’s “Peter Pan, Jr.”  Open Auditions to be held on:

• Wed. September 6th at 5:30pm at the Downey High School Auditorium
• Thurs. September 7th at 5:30pm at the Modesto Junior College Recital Hall
• Sat. September 9th at 11:00am at the Downey High School Auditorium
• Tues. September 12th at 4:30pm at the Downey High School Auditorium

Attendance at only one audition is required.  No experience or preparation is necessary and all audition materials will be provided.

The Stanislaus County Office of Education proudly sponsors YES KIDS as they bring to life Disney’s “Peter Pan, Jr.” Created to answer several years of requests from the public for YES Company to expand and reach youth at an earlier age during the school year, an average of 75 students participate each year. Cross-age mentorship is provided by YES Company alumni who volunteer their time to role model and act as performance trainers and personal mentors.

Production commitment is extracurricular and includes weekends, January 16– March 14, 2018. Performances are March 9-11, 2018 at the Gallo Center for the Arts.  Tuition of $200 per student is in place to help defer production costs; scholarships are available.  For additional information about auditions and performance times, visit www.yescompany.org.
