Your teacher website and class syllabus sets the foundation of your classroom and course. It is important that they include all aspects of what is normally covered in a face-to-face course. A syllabus includes the typical course information, requirements, grading, participation, and assignment sections, but in the 21st century there is so much more that it should convey. Come and learn about some next practices to blend your teacher website and your class syllabus into a tool that will help your students get the most out of your content and your expertise, and act as an evolving tool that your students will use throughout the school year. Learning Outcome: Build a class website / syllabus that you can use with your students at the start of the year.
Note: Non-SCOE guests will need to bring a state-issued ID and check in with the security guard to enter the building.
